Website & SEO Services

A better website without the big-agency process.

I help small businesses, nonprofits, and organizations improve WordPress websites that feel outdated, confusing, hard to use, or difficult to find in search. The focus is practical: clearer pages, better mobile experiences, stronger calls to action, and basic SEO that gives the right pages a better chance of being found.

Based in New Jersey. Available for projects in NJ and remotely.

Small projects are welcome.

Navethinking isn’t trying to turn every website problem into a five-figure rebuild. If you need one page fixed, a homepage redesigned, some SEO cleaned up, or a small WordPress site improved, that’s exactly the kind of work I’m interested in.

Website Pricing

Clear starting prices before we talk.

Every website is a little different, so these are starting prices rather than one-size-fits-all packages. You’ll receive a clear scope and price before work begins.

01 Smallest project

SEO Help

SEO without pretending there’s a magic switch.

I focus on practical on-page SEO: understanding what a page is trying to rank for, making the topic clearer, improving titles and headings, finding useful content opportunities, and using Search Console data when it’s available.

I don’t promise rankings, and I won’t sell you a giant SEO package when you only need the basics cleaned up.

SEO Starter

$350 one-time, starting at

  • Review of up to 5 important pages
  • Page titles and meta descriptions
  • Heading structure review
  • Basic keyword and search-intent recommendations
  • Internal-link opportunities
  • Search Console review, if available
  • Google Analytics review, if available
  • Prioritized list of next SEO opportunities
Ongoing Help

Don’t need another employee? That’s fine.

Some businesses don’t need a major project. They just need someone they can contact when a page needs changing, a new section needs to be built, or their website starts feeling neglected.

$250 / month starting at

Includes up to 2 hours of scheduled WordPress updates, small page improvements, basic SEO checks, or content changes each month. Larger requests are quoted separately.

For one-off work outside a package, my standard working rate is $60/hour when hourly pricing makes more sense than a fixed quote.

Add-Ons

Need something a little outside the package?

These are common additions. I’ll always confirm the scope and price before adding work to a project.

Additional Standard Page

From $175

Existing Page SEO Cleanup

From $75 / page

Blog Post Formatting

From $75

GA4 + Search Console Setup

From $150

Additional Website Updates

$60 / hour

Rush Project

Quoted based on timing

Premium themes, plugins, hosting, domain registration, paid stock photography, third-party subscriptions, and other outside costs are not included unless specifically listed in your quote.

Is This a Fit?

I want to be useful, not pretend I do everything.

Navethinking is a better fit for straightforward WordPress, website, and on-page SEO projects than highly technical development.

Probably a good fit

  • Small businesses
  • Local New Jersey businesses
  • Nonprofits and community organizations
  • Professional-service businesses
  • Existing WordPress websites
  • Websites that look outdated
  • Sites that need mobile improvements
  • Landing pages and service pages
  • Basic SEO and content cleanup

Probably not the right fit

  • Custom web applications
  • Complex custom PHP development
  • Custom WordPress plugin development
  • Large ecommerce stores
  • Enterprise-scale websites
  • Advanced technical SEO migrations
  • Projects requiring a full development team
How It Works

Simple enough that we can actually get the work done.

You shouldn’t need ten meetings just to improve a small business website.

01

Send Me Your Site

Tell me what isn’t working, what you want to improve, and what a better result would look like.

02

Scope & Quote

I’ll review the project and send you a clear scope, price, and expected timeline before work starts.

03

Design & Build

I’ll work through the agreed pages and keep the focus on usability, mobile design, clarity, and the next action.

04

Review & Launch

You’ll review the work, we’ll handle the included revisions, and then the approved changes go live.

Before We Start

A few things worth knowing up front.

Payment

For most fixed-price projects, 50% is due to reserve the project and begin work. The remaining 50% is due before the final project is launched or handed off.

Revisions

Each package lists the typical number of revision rounds. A revision means changes to the agreed work, not a new page, new direction, or expanded project scope.

Content

You should provide the main business information, services, photos, branding, and other source material needed for the project. Light editing is included where listed. Full copywriting is separate.

Hosting & Domain

Your domain, hosting account, premium plugins, paid software, and third-party subscriptions remain your costs unless a quote specifically says otherwise.

Timelines

A small update may take several business days. Landing pages and small redesigns may take roughly one to three weeks. Larger projects depend on scope and how quickly content and feedback are provided.

SEO Expectations

SEO work improves the structure and search readiness of a website, but no ethical provider can guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic level, or number of leads.

Services FAQ

Questions before starting a website project.

If something isn’t covered here, email me and I’ll tell you whether the project sounds like a fit.

Do you only work with businesses in New Jersey?
No. I’m based in New Jersey and especially interested in helping local businesses here, but website and SEO projects can be handled remotely as well.
Do you only work with WordPress?
WordPress is where I have the most hands-on experience and where I’m most comfortable taking on redesign, page, and website projects. If your website uses another platform, send it over and I can tell you whether it’s something I can reasonably help with.
Can you improve my current website instead of rebuilding it?
Yes. That’s actually one of the main services I want Navethinking to provide. If the underlying website is still usable, improving individual pages, navigation, mobile layouts, messaging, and calls to action may make more sense than starting over.
Why are the prices listed as “starting at”?
Page count isn’t the only thing that determines the amount of work. Existing website condition, content, forms, integrations, revisions, custom functionality, and timeline can all change the scope. You’ll receive the actual price before work begins.
Can you help with SEO?
Yes, primarily with practical on-page SEO. That can include page titles, meta descriptions, headings, page structure, internal linking, keyword ideas, content opportunities, and reviewing data from Google Search Console and Analytics. Advanced technical SEO projects may require a specialist.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Search rankings depend on many factors outside the control of any individual provider. The goal is to improve the website and give useful pages a stronger search foundation, not promise a ranking that can’t honestly be guaranteed.
Do you write all of the website copy?
Light editing and reorganizing existing information may be included depending on the package. If a project needs substantial original copywriting across multiple pages, that would be scoped separately.
Can I hire you for just one page?
Absolutely. You don’t need to redesign an entire website just to work with me. A homepage, service page, landing page, or other focused improvement can be its own project.
What happens if the project needs more work than expected?
If something falls outside the original agreed scope, I’ll explain the additional work and price before moving forward. The goal is for you to know what you’re paying for rather than receive surprise charges afterward.
How do I get started?
Email evan@navethinking.com with your current website URL, what you’d like to improve, and any useful context about your business. I’ll review it and we can decide whether the project makes sense.

Have a website you know could be better?

Send me the URL and tell me what’s bothering you about it. You don’t need to know which package you need. I’ll look at the site and tell you what I think makes sense.
